DELIVERY
  • Most shipments are tracked and sent via safe delivery methods
  • Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your delivery location and shipping method
  • Free shipping is available to Canada and USA with orders of $100. It could take between 1 to 7 business days. Faster delivery options are available
  • The shipping time starts from when the package is dispatched and not when the order is placed
  • For international orders, shipments could incur import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these charges. Please check with your customs office for more information

 

RETURNS
  • Items returned within 3days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. For Holiday shopping, orders placed from November 1st, 2021 may be returned until January 10th, 2021.
  • Unfortunately, Saint Lyon is not responsible for return shipping cost at this time.
  • For the item to be eligible for a return, it needs to be unwashed, unused and in the same condition received
  • The item needs to be returned in the original packaging
  • Saint Lyon has the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the standards

 

EXCHANGES
  • Customers can only exchange merchandise for a store credit
  • Store credits will be in the form of a gift card.
  • Store credit may be used future transaction if any extra amount remains unused during your first transaction.
  • Unfortunately, Saint Lyon is not responsible for return shipping cost at this time.
  • For the item to be eligible for an exchange, it needs to be unwashed, unused and in the same condition received
  • The item needs to be returned in the original packaging
  • Saint Lyon has the right to refuse returned item that do not meet the standards
 
REFUNDS
  • Once the product is received by us, we will start the refund process 
  • We will notify you about the status of the return through the process
  • Once the returned is approved, a refund to the payment method used will be placed

 

FAULTY / WRONG ITEM
  • Saint Lyon covers any manufacturing defect or damaged items
  • Please email our customer service team at returns@saintlyon.com if you have received any damaged or faulty items
  • Wrong items can also be reported for a full refund or replacement
  • Damaged, faulty or wrong items should be reported 5 days after delivery to be eligible for a full refund or replacement
